• A clear description of the space and measurements.
• The address of the space.
• You will need to choose the minimum rental period for a renter.
• You will need to choose the frequency a renter can visit the space.
• You will need to choose if the renter needs to make an appointment before visiting the space.
• You will need to set up a chat channel that will allow you to manage discussions with the renter.
• You will need to sign and agree with our terms and conditions for a host.
Your earnings depend on the type of space, location, demand, and how often you rent it out. Popular locations or unique spaces often generate higher income.
Payments are processed after the rental period begins. Funds are transferred to your selected payment method within 3–5 business days.
We charge a small service fee on each booking to cover operational and payment processing costs. This fee is automatically deducted from your payout.
If a renter cancels, we’ll notify you immediately. Our cancellation policy applies, and in some cases, you may still receive partial payment depending on the timing of the cancellation.
